The units are functional, beautifully maintained with a VERY comfortable bed. I appreciated the staff, they are extremely helpful and very amiable. The location is magnificent, the check in is easy.

The location was great close to city center, you may take train on Troyes train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

Efficient staff, scenic views of the cathedral, everything is excellant.

The location was ideal and handy for walking around Le Coeur de Troyes Sculpture. The unit we got was well-equipped with raised toilet, sofa and a VERY comfortable bed.

The units are functional, brand-new. The location it offers is excellent, close to Troyes centre, bars and restaurants and cathedral. The place to order dinner not very far from the hotel is La Maison de Rhodes.

We had the apartment provided with sofa, raised toilet, a VERY comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and amicable. It was based in very nice modern building in a handy location, on Seine river.

The staff was efficient and excellent. Marvellous riverside location very close to Close to the spectacular cathedral / church as well as the absolute center.

The hotel's position was marvellous and perfect, so close to an old factory and the main restaurant street.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the included breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and surprisingly good self-catering facilities, including a raised toilet in the bathroom. The location is just on the outskirts of the town centre, within walking distance and in a dismissed industrial area, giving it a unique charm.

The lack of fans or air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable on warm days.

I truly enjoyed the Mediaeval-style building and my spotless and airy room with basic kitchen equipment. The location was marvellous for exploring this pretty quiet area, next to centre, shops and cafes and Troyes and surrounding area. The staff was superfriendly and pleasant - I would return here.

The hotel was fairly clean with attentive stuff. The location was handy, not too far away from a performing arts theater. The bus stop was 200 metres away.

The rooms with own kitchen. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic church. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We where there for a stopover and this hotel was relaxing and unusual. Its location within walking distance of Superior School of Design was marvellous and peaceful.

Ideal setting, so close to the Euroshuttle terminal as well as historic city centre.

Stayed in new-fashioned studio apartment with cooking facilities.
